Premiere graduates are recruited from a quality pool of applicants and have to complete a selection centre before they can be considered for participation on the programme. Successful applicants then undergo 4 weeks of intensive, practical management training covering all areas of management to ensure that they have knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a commercial operation. Experienced Parity Consultants support the graduate through the first 6 months of their employment, developing additional personal skills such as initiative, creativity, planning and communication that are so vital for success in the workplace.
