Parity has the requisite experience to be able to identify and quantify the benefits that should be expected to arise from a change programme and can establish a framework mechanism to manage and report on their realisation.

Parity works with its customers to prioritise, realise and sustain the beneficial outcomes that justified the investment in change at the outset.

In order to unlock the benefits associated with a change programme, the changes need to be linked to business outcomes, and they in turn need to be associated with the business case justifications.

The individual elements of the change programme need to be identified, quantified, and then proactively managed through to operational delivery – and Parity makes just such a full service provision.

Work previously undertaken on behalf of our clients include:

• Management of onsite profiling workshops that identify the benefits to be hand from change, and then establish the broad approaches required to the making of the changes

• A priori determination of change management programme success criteria, along with identification of the means to measure and assess post-programme success

• Performance of ad hoc benefit reviews at arbitrary points in a change programme lifecycle

• Formal post-programme reviews that management has used to evaluate outcomes and document the realisation of achieved benefits
