Prepare for Organisational Change
We prepare our clients for business and organisational change. Typically, such change arises from the impact of new technology implementation, but sometimes it comes about because of changed internal processes or operational externalities (e.g. changes in legislation).
Our consultants will offer advice and provide practical assistance to ensure the correct approach to take when operating conditions change, and work with the client to ensure that our recommendations fit with an organisations capability to implement and capacity to accommodate
such change.
The practical manifestation of our offering is to prepare a change management plan implied by the strategy, and supplement this with definition of a programme portfolio that delivers on long term objectives punctuated with visible
quick wins.
Relationships with key stakeholders will be considered, and approaches to overcoming potential resistance will be established early, so as to prevent them from becoming actual problems. Our experience in such work reinforces the notion that technological projects can often (if not always) have implications for softer issues.
We are, therefore, always attuned to sensitive human issues, and our approach to change management naturally considers the enablement of cultural change as part of the overall organisational change.
