Performance Improvement 

Parity helps customers optimise business performance. New strategic drivers and the need to accommodate new demands means that organisations may need to improve their business processes.

When an organisation finds itself having to change, Parity can assist. We work with our clients to remedy specific defects or eradicate inefficiencies from existing business processes. Alternatively, we can assume a broader perspective, and completely re-engineer processes that span the enterprise.

Parity recognises that a change in business process goes beyond just the technological: we also provide a Change Management practice to address the human implications of re-engineering in order to ensure a positive return on an investment in change.

In keeping with the theme that making change should be seen as an investment, Parity  prefers to establish baseline performance measures of pre-change business processes before re‑engineering implementation. This ensures not only that the status quo is documented and agreed at the outset, but also that the improvement arising from the exercise can be measured and proven against an accepted baseline.

We’ve undertaken performance improvement engagements that have included:

·         Performance audits that have assessed pre‑ and post‑implementation processes using EFQM or balanced scorecard approaches

·         Development of operational models that describe business functions and how they interact with each other to provide service to the customer

·         Design and implementation of quality management frameworks so as to allow continuous improvement and managing enterprise-wide changes

·         Process Analysis in order to determine those processes that are critical to an organisation, followed by removal of identified bottlenecks and the streamlining of authorisation and approval procedures
