Our Strategy
Parity’s strategy is to focus on improving business productivity within the Public and Private sectors and the Centre of Excellence is an integral part of this strategy allowing us to expand the range of competencies in order to provide world class Internet Based Collaboration and Business Productivity solutions for our clients.
Putting Plans in to Action
In future, the development and growth of Parity’s entire Microsoft portfolio will be based on the delivery capabilities of the Centre of Excellence. We plan to grow our current staff complement over the next three years by actively recruiting over 90 staff. These will be a mixture of experienced practitioners and fresh graduate talent working in Technical Design Authority, Senior Developer and Junior Developer roles.
What is our Focus?
The Centre of Excellence will focus on attracting and developing the best talent and creating a capability in Northern Ireland that surpasses other regions. It’s Microsoft Academy will not only develop employees with Microsoft technical skills, but these employees will also have the vital business skills such as commercial awareness, presentation skills, relationship building and people skills.
