Plus+ for Employers 

PLUS+ was developed in response to a need within the Northern Ireland food sector for management talent. We have designed the programme to complement business needs and work very closely with you to ensure you find the very best talent for your workforce.

The PLUS+ programme gives you the opportunity to:

 

  • Attract a dynamic, skilled Graduate with drive and enthusiasm
  •  Reduce costs, improve efficiencies and grow your business
  • Have you business needs aligned with the skills of a talented Graduate, with Food Industry and Management Training
  • Benefit from a dedicated resource to deliver tangible outcome
  • Test drive an individual for 17 weeks, assessing their long term potential within your business
  • Reduce the costs and risks of recruiting graduate talent.

Costs and Available funding

The Department for Agriculture and Rural Development support the PLUS+ Programme and  provide funding for:

 

  • 13 weeks Food Industry and Management Training
  • An accredited CMI Diploma
  • Graduate sourcing, recruitment and selection costs
  • A dedicated consultant from Parity to help facilitate your project

All you pay is the graduate wage for the 17 week Business Improvement Project (Recommended not less than £7.50 per hour=£4,500)
