Business Improvement

Business improvement change is the norm – we are constantly being reminded of this. Yet we do not handle change very well, either as individuals or as organisations. This is a real problem if you are a programme or project manager, a business analyst, a consultant or a quality specialist because your job is to make change happen effectively.

A major difficulty is that ‘change agents’ often take a fragmented approach. They might design and build the best possible business process or computer system, but their efforts are jeopardised if they ignore any of the other factors that can influence success.
