ISEB provide a range of qualifications in Service Management. The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®) is the most widely accepted approach to IT Service Management in the world.
OGC and its partners in ITIL® have worked together to improve the content of the publications and qualifications. The core books that make up this new version (commonly referred to as v3) was released May 2007. ITIL® v2 qualifications remain valid with bridging qualifications to v3.
Parity is an ITIL® Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) and will offers a range of ITIL® v2 and v3 qualifications.
